A blue filter preset in Aperture gives this West Virginia highway bridge a vintage look. For a higher res version, see flickr. I have corrected the lens barrel distortion in PT Lens. In this version I have also taken the liberty to flip the image horizontally for the sake of composition, leading the eye into the distance. Taken with AF-S DX VR Zoom-Nikkor 18-200mm f/3.5-5.6G IF-ED [II]. This is a fine lens, but the 200mm was not long enough to make it worth having all that cash tied up in it. Since this photo was taken I have replaced it with a combination of an 18-55 kit lens and the Nikon 70-300mm Nikkor. More reach, same quality, less money (used), with the trade-off of having to switch lenses more often.
